Had a great time here, the staff were super friendly and laid-back. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh coffee, bread, and cheese. the king room I stayed in for one night was cozy with a heater - just what I needed. a wonderful experience! ☕.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the store, the centre of the town, and the bus terminal. It also was on the outskirts of Puerto Natales:)))

The double room was good-sized with an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven. The staff was really helpful and easy going all that time. Its location in Puerto Natales was excellent, short walk to the bus station for an early start to the W trek in Torres Del Paine and the center.

It was a really nice experience at Isla Yu Patagonia. the hotel units were great, sized and quiet, with extra blankets and a heater. the location was good and magnificent, just a 20, minute walk from the city center. It served as an excellent base for a 3, night stay. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a bus station in a cozy area.

Came here for trip, had very nice 5 days overall. The room was a decent size, with very comfy bed and a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The staff were incredible and honest and the location was favourable on the local hiking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

A plus is that they offer wheelchair accessible rooms with a heater and extra blankets, so they've got you covered! Everyone is welcome, which is awesome. the staff is chill and easy to deal with. 🌟.

Isla Yu Patagonia was fantastic value for money and the room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The location was a bit out of town but the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Isla Yu Patagonia for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Natales.

Crowded kitchen and noisy private rooms next to the kitchen. the buzz and early morning noise was a rude awakening.
